Gratitude

Bump up this thread today...I am grateful that I have a warm place to sleep at night and food on the table. I am very grateful for the family that I have that are still alive and living in this world here on this Earth...I am also grateful for all that I have learned from those who have passed on before me...I am truly blessed...Red

Hi Ashley, This is part of my night ritual. Also, I look if there is something that I'm too attached to, which blocked my abundant life or relationships...I can't think of anything right now, since I'm usually in a different space, and relaxed at night, after doing PMR.

Hi Hugs,

Making a point to acknowledge what you are grateful for is a great way to boost your mood and overall well-being. I can't remember the exact details but I remember hearing that making a point to write down three things you are grateful for each day works better at boosting mood then prozac! If memory serves I heard about that on a ted talk.  So great strategy hugs!

I wonder if anyone includes gratitude in their day, besides meals? I usualy look at my day, at the end with thanks, including the garden
