Forms

Hi Winter-blues,

It is a good idea to fill out the anxious though form daily as you will be able to pin point thought patterns when you are anxious and also when you are not anxious - both these sets of information will be useful to you moving forward. The panic attack form does not have to be completed as regularly but if you find it helpful to do so then I encourage you to continue. Use the symptom tracker daily as well.

So I'm starting the 12 week Panic Center Program. Yeah me!

I just finished week 1's lesson last night and I had a question. Do I need to fill out both the Anxious Thoughts Form and the Panic Attack form every night regardless if I've had a Panic Attack or only if I do.

Also do we use the symptom tracker in the same way?

Thanks in advance.
