Setting Your Goals
Once you've signed up for the AHC and have spent some time doing the exercises in your Toolbox, we suggest that you set some personal goals.
Everyone’s goals are different. Some people decide to never drink again while others decide to cut down. Everyone’s goals are unique and it’s important to decide what is best for you.
Whatever you do is up to you, but you do need to set a goal. While it's important to take the time to set the right goal, it's important to not delay setting a goal for too long.
